Recruitment is built on trust. This policy explains what personal data Ennova Consulting collects from employers, candidates and website visitors, why we use it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Ennova Consulting is a boutique HR and recruitment consultancy based in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
We only collect the information we need to respond to you and to deliver our recruitment, staffing and HR consulting services.
Name, email, phone, company, job title, number of positions, location, experience required, salary or budget, hiring type and the details of your hiring requirement.
Name, contact details, CV, work history, skills, qualifications, career preferences and any notes from conversations or interviews.
The details you enter in our contact or “Talk to Ennova” forms, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type held in server logs.
We do not ask for special category data (such as health or religion). Please do not include it in your CV or messages unless it is genuinely relevant to a role.
We will never share a candidate’s CV with an employer without first discussing the role and getting the candidate’s permission.
Under the GDPR we rely on one or more of these legal bases:
We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share it when needed:
Where a provider is based outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including an encrypted (HTTPS) website, password-protected systems, limited access on a need-to-know basis and careful handling of CVs and candidate notes.
Our website uses a small number of third-party services, such as Google Maps on our contact page. Read our Cookie Policy for full details and how to manage cookies.
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
